The One Page Business Plan, Courtesy of Oprah & Jim Horan

by Heather Allard · 3 comments

Last night, I flipped through the new issue of O, The Oprah Magazine and stumbled upon this great section called “O at Your Service”.

A woman had written, “Everyone tells me that my carrot cake is so good it should be sold worldwide. The problem is, I have no idea how to get started. Any suggestions?”

Does that sound familiar? :) Most mogul moms in the making ask similar questions.

The article goes on to list 5 must-dos for a food business, written by Stephen Hall, author of From Kitchen to Market.

If you want to read the full article, then pick up the December issue and turn to page 32.

If you want some really cool biz tools, including business plan samples from “One Page Business Plan” author, Jim Horan, visit here.

Thanks, Oprah!
