I just wanted to wish each of you a very happy mother’s day! I hope your day is filled with love, laughter and happiness!
Let me know what you’re doing today and how you celebrate mother’s day!

P.S. This is my mom, Valerie. She is the most amazing woman–I’m so proud to call her my mother, my best friend, my mentor, my idol. She has worked as a Hospice volunteer for over 10 years and has helped so many women & moms through the grief of losing a loved one. My mother has suffered loss in her life–her father died when she was only 22, her first husband died when she was 32 and her second husband died when she was 65–yet she has never dwelled on the loss, but instead, focused on how she could use her own experiences to help others through their tough times. She is a living example of Shel Silverstein’s The Giving Tree and I am so fortunate to call her my mother. I love you mom! This one goes out to you, Mom!

Happy Mother’s Day, Heather. Thank you for all that you give and share. Lynn
Your mom is an ANGEL. Some of the most giving and selfless people I’ve met worked at the hospice my sister stayed at. I felt my life was blessed and enriched after meeting and working with the hospice employees where my cancer stricken sister , Annie, stayed at last year. I was her caregiver and spent every night (about 1 week) by her side, so I had the opportunity to get to know them more in depth. I thank my sister everyday for allowing me to be a part of her journey… what a gift she’s given me. And what blessings and love hospice workers & volunteers give to those they care for and they do it so naturally and effortlessly. It’s AMAZING to watch them.
THANK YOU Valerie for the work you do and for raising a beautiful daughter.
HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY TO ALL… wishing you a joyful, festive and excessively pampering day! =)
Blessings,
Ros

Ros,
I totally agree with you–through my mother’s work at Hospice (a weekly group meeting and their wonderful Camp Braveheart, a camp for children who have lost someone) and my father’s death from cancer 5 years ago, I have seen the amazing people who work for Hospice–they truly are ANGELS on earth.
Your sister must thank you every day for being part of her journey-it’s a sacred thing, as I experienced with my father.
Thank you, as always, for your kind & supportive & wonderful comment–you are a light in The Mogul Mom community.
Happy Mother’s Day to YOU!!
