What is your name & how many children do you have?
My name is Heather Ledeboer and we are hugging and holding two children currently and anticipating another one joining us this summer.
What’s the name of your company and the inspiration behind it?
My company is Mom 4 Life. It was inspired in 2003 by my desire to combine my passion for being a stay at home mom and love for helping other moms. I achieved this goal by creating an online retail business that focuses exclusively on unique and useful products that are 100% mom invented.
What is your current business struggle?
We need to switch over to a new shopping cart as we have outgrown our current cart. It feels overwhelming to do this but it will be worth it in the end!
What is your current business goal?
I have been working on optimizing my site for SEO purposes, thanks to Heather’s recent ebook recommendation. It is a fun challenge!
What one quality do you think is a “must-have” for a mom entrepreneur?
Having passion that is directed in a productive direction combined with a willingness to learn from others and take constructive criticism. Hmmm, did you ask for “one quality” or “one sentence about qualities”? 
What 1 thing or person has been very instrumental in your success?
My husband has been my best supporter and a great partner not only in marriage but also as a friend and business mind, I am richly blessed!

What is your favorite quote?
“What one man can do, another can do”, from the movie The Edge. Two men are stranded in the Alaskan wilderness and need to fight a bear to survive. They pump each other up by repeating this quote again and again. I love the concept of not limiting ourselves. We are capable of so much more than we often realize!
What advice would you give to a new mom entrepreneur?
This is a good question and one that I have put some thought into. I would suggest surrounding yourself with people who are successful and learning all you can from them. I am a big believer in learning from others. I have some other thoughts on this topic in an article I wrote on this subject on my website.
