1 Ros December 20, 2009 at 7:43 pm: A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER is A VERY HAPPY THING!!! Like tip #6, I think this should be an ongoing project–people change, products change, new businesses start/close, new products introduced, etc. The business landscape is on a perpetual motion, so I try to keep this in mind.

Great point, Ros – this *should* be an ongoing thing. Maybe quarterly, we should reevaluate this information and what’s working/what’s not – readjust accordingly.
