A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER is A VERY HAPPY THING!!! Like tip #6, I think this should be an ongoing project–people change, products change, new businesses start/close, new products introduced, etc. The business landscape is on a perpetual motion, so I try to keep this in mind.
