I can handle change but there are just some things I need to maintain on a consistent basis. Things like my workouts, the way I handle my work schedule, and the foods I love. Traveling more than 100K miles per year exposes me to amazing food & beverage options yet I still need to always travel with small packets of things like peanut butter, cashews, sweeteners and now Alpine Start instant coffee. I discovered this awesomeness not long ago, and it drew me in. Why? Because it’s an amazing cup of coffee instantly, that tastes freshly brewed and the fact that it comes in a small individual packet was the key. These things go in my purse, in my travel bag, in my suitcase, just about anywhere and I found myself making it in an airport lounge where the coffee always seems burnt and subpar. I made it in a hotel which saved me from having to order a $15 cup of coffee via room service. And I even made it at home because it was delicious and also so much easier than brewing a whole pot. If you’re moving around a lot like me, this is a staple you need to add to your rotation.
